In case a transaction is performed for a service and the money has been charged to your card or bank account but there is a failure to complete this service within 24 hours, then you should inform us via email. Include all details regarding the transaction and the amount will be refunded.
All refunds will be credited in your closed wallet. You can trigger a request to KuberJee wallet to transfer the amount from wallet back to source account. It will take 2-10 days for the completion of such request.
Note that KuberJee never transfers your earned Commission/Offer Cashback/Referral Cashback/Promotional Commission in your bank account.
