1. Objective

This document aims to provide transparency regarding fees charged for our services and outline the process for grievance redressal and escalation to ensure a positive customer experience.

Service/Subscription Fee: Kuberjee have different Subscription Package. So, according to package merchant have to payment Subscription Fee.

Transaction Fee: All trasnaction fees has mentioned in application before processing any transaction.

1.2 Fee Transparency

All fees are clearly stated in our Kuberjee Application and on our official website. Customers are encouraged to review these charges before availing of any service.

1.3 Payment Methods

Customer can pay any fees using Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI and Netbanking options.
